2007-2008 Information

There will be a Preview Week for new swimmers Monday, August 27 - Thursday, August 30 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at McCallie.   This Preview of practice will be a mini-clinic to teach the stroke drills used in Scenic City and help us evaluate/place the swimmers.  Clinic practices are 6:00-7:00 p.m. for all groups Monday - Thursday of this week.  Everyone will start back Tuesday, September 4.

We will have a parents meeting for new parents on Monday, August 27 at 6:00 p.m. at McCallie.

New for Fall -

Coach Jason Meszaros will be joining our staff this fall.  Jason will coach the GPS Middle School Girls, the green group, and be an administrative assistant with our club.  Jason has done an outstanding job coaching with CCAC in Dalton over the past several years.

SCAC Middle/ High School Team - Great opportunity for any high school / middle school swimmer to learn & improve the fundamentals of swimming.  Scenic City swimmers ***If your school does not have a team - work to get your class mates in this group.  I will help with scheduling meets if you get enough swimmers to compete.

Great Home School Group Coaching Staff - Coach Jason will be helping Coach Roger with the Home School Group starting the Fall.  Our goal is to continue to grow this group and to see the swimmers continue to advance through our program.  The Home School group has been the starting group for many team record holders.

Snorkels - The Blue and Green groups will be using practice snorkels this year at practice.  We will have a group rate (information coming soon).

2007-2008 Billing

    When registering your swimmer(s), please pay the registration fees only.  At the beginning the month you will be billed for the previous month.

    Please return the top portion of the statement with a check as soon as possible. 

    Make separate checks for all uniform orders, meet entries, goggles, fins - this money goes into different accounts.

Multiple swimmer discount

    1st Swimmer - USA Registration + Team Registration + Monthly fee

    2nd Swimmer - USA Registration + Team Registration + Monthly fee

    3rd Swimmer - USA Registration + Team Registration + 1/2 Monthly fee

    4th and more - USA Registration + 1/2 Monthly fee

**The highest group will always be the 1st swimmer, so the 1/2 price would be for the lowest groups.**

February 1-3 - February Invite at McCallie

July - CASL City Meet at Warner Park
